We are located in Hazel Park, just south of Nine Mile Rd on the west side of John R (map below). Appointments, or walk-in visits are welcome. The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The second and fourth Saturdays of every month are also available for appointments.
